Fjord Racer is designed to work without an account. Freya Tech does not collect, sell, rent, or use personal data for advertising or tracking through the Fjord Racer app.
Information stored on your device
The app stores game progress, learning results, streak information, and preferences such as music, sound effects, and reminder settings locally on your device. This information is used only to provide the game and can be removed using Reset Progress in the app or by deleting the app.
Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Freya Tech does not receive or store your payment card details. Apple may provide transaction status and entitlement information needed to unlock purchased features. Apple handles this information under its own privacy policy.
Notifications
If you enable a daily streak reminder, Fjord Racer asks iOS for notification permission and schedules reminders locally on your device. The app does not use reminders to collect your location or activity.
Speech and audio
Norwegian word pronunciation is produced using Apple speech synthesis on your device. Fjord Racer does not record your voice and does not request microphone access.
Analytics, advertising, and tracking
Fjord Racer does not include third-party advertising, cross-app tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs. The app does not request access to contacts, photos, camera, precise location, or health information.
Children's privacy
Fjord Racer does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the app has no account system and Freya Tech does not collect personal data through the app, there is no user profile to share or sell.
Website data
This website is hosted by Vercel. Like most hosting providers, Vercel may process limited technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to provide, secure, and operate the site. The website does not use advertising cookies or create Fjord Racer user accounts.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page.
