Help with gameplay, audio, progress, and purchases.

How can we help?

For support, feedback, or feature requests, email team@freyaapp.dk. Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, and a short description of the issue.

Restore a purchase

Open Fjord Racer, go to Settings, and choose Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the original purchase.

Manage a subscription

On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select Fjord Racer to view or cancel your plan.

No music or speech

Check the Music and Sound Effects switches in Fjord Racer Settings, then confirm your iPhone volume is audible and Silent Mode is off.

Reset progress

Open Fjord Racer Settings and choose Reset Progress. This permanently clears locally stored game progress on that device.
